Print HPL is an ideal solution for both vertical and horizontal applications. Due to its easy use and maintenance, Abet Print HPL laminate is considered one of the most commonly used materials among the interior furniture cladding, as well as in outdoor and in contract furniture for bars, restaurants, hotels, trains and in the marine sector.

Abet laminate production process is carried out by using several Kraft paper layers impregnated with thermosetting resin and decorative paper.
Kraft paper used for the sheet core is impregnated with phenolic thermosetting resins, while the decorative paper used for the surface is treated with melaminic aminoplastic resins and it is specifically designed to have high performance.
Impregnated layers are stacked and bonded and, once loaded into the press, they undergo simultaneously to the combined action of heat (at the temperature of 150 °C) and pressure (up to 9 MPa). The policondensing reaction taking plce creates chemical cross bonds so that phenolic and melaminic resins are stably intertwined to each other.
With its excellent resistance to water and steam, Print HPL is an ideal material for applications in wet areas.
Natural temperature and humidity variations have no adverse effect on the properties of laminates which is not affected by thermal shocks, leaving its physical and mechanical properties unchanged.
